Challenge Based Learning (CBL) provides an opportunity for students to personally explore topics and areas interesting to them. As part of our redesign at North Rowan High School, Design Thinking is integrated into the CBL process to allow students the opportunity to connect the 4Cs (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, & Creativity) along with student agency to create challenges that connect to the real world. Students will share their experiences of using the CBL framework to create work that has purpose and meaning. Students will also share how they have integrated technology to create products while enhancing their student voice.
