Artie Kamiya proudly started his career as an elementary physical education teacher.  Kamiya’s past public school experiences include work as the Senior Administrator for K-12 Healthful Living with Wake County Public Schools and the Section Chief for Health & Physical Education for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.


He is also known as the President and Founder of the Great Activities Publishing Company and establishing the National Physical Education & School Sport Institute in 2012.
